I bought a necklace hehe!
It really wasn't a huge deal, it was only $12 lol. But I think it's pretty!

Im not counting calories anymore
It seriously stresses me out! So for this week I am just going to try and eat healthy and small sized portions, and see how that goes.
 
Yea that's not a bad idea. Counting calories can be really helpful or really stressful. I personally don't count them anymore.

I just think I will be able to make healthy decisions without worrying about the calories. I'll be eating LOTS of fresh, healthy food this week.

Oats with Honey

Lunch:
Turkey salad sandwich with egg and cranberry sauce

Snacks:
Banana
A Few Grapes
2 Fantales, 2 little red skins
Soy BBQ Rings (about 8)
Handful of dried fruit and nuts

EXERCISE

40 Minute Walk Tonight

I just have to control myself and not have lunch at 11am like yesterday. Yesterday was pretty bad, I had lollies AND chocolate. I knew I would have gone way over my calorie limit. Its all good though, it's just one day.

Congrats on getting down to 58kg!!! That is splendid. You are so close to your goal--that's fantastic. I wouldn't worry about the calories. As long as you are eating healthy foods and eat naughty stuff in small quantities, you'll be fine. What does your necklace look like?:) And make sure that bf treats you with respect. Anyone who doesn't isn't worth your time.:hug2:
 
Well its a blue jewel on a long sliver chain, like a dangly thing with beads and charms on the end. Its really cute hehe!

My second goal is a new pair of spring shoes. I lay buyed some today, but I wont be getting them off until i reach 56.0kg. Here is a pic!

But I am getting them in black. They are One Teaspoon and setting me back $90! I am going to have to get my feet looking nice and pretty too hehe, when I get to 56.0kg I might even buy a gold nailpolish and a toe ring to go with it, or even a pedicure!

I had a few small lollies today, I know I shouldnt have, but my grapes went all crusty!
 
Argh I am getting REALLY bad cravings lately.

Like, right now, I am not hungry! Not hungry at all. But I still feel the need to eat something! i thinking... should I push through it or go make myself a chocolate milk?

Im gonna try and push through it :D
I just wish this wasnt such a huge challenge everyday.
 
I had packet Tom Yum soup instead. Only like 40 calories a serve.

And was REALLY tasty! tastes like hot green curry. Yummo.

My car broke down last night, so i am going to go catch the bus home - :(

Yeah I hardly ever spend that much, im usually soooooo stingy. But i cant get them off laybuy until I am 56.0kg!

ARGH I can feel all my weight coming back on!

I haven't exercised for 2 days, and I have been eating SOOOOOOOO badly.

Im not even going to write down what I had yesterday!

Exercise
AT BEST a 40 minute walk tonight. Hopefully.

I am going to have my breakfast at work from now on I think... If I have my breakfast at 8:50am, I dont think I will feel the need to snack so much. Rather than having it at 7ish. Im not even hungry in the morning - I would NEVER binge in the morning lol. So I'll keep a box of oats and honey at work, and they supply milk here. Sounds good!

Ok.. this might sound disgusting.
But I have these corn/callus things on two of my toes, and they are really ugly and disgusting. So I removed them last night, with nail scissors. Really probably not a good thing to do lol. Cause now one of them REALLY hurts lol. My feet are so gross, I think I might buy a pedicure set, get them looking really good for summer....

It's all good if you miss some workouts. Exercise is everywhere. And also don't worry about your feet, I just recently found 2 planter's warts on mine. Hope that didn't gross anyone out :jump:
 
Wow I am so pathetic and jealous.

I was in a clothing store today with my boyfriend, and this weeny pretty little blonde girl was like "ohh dont these come in a 6", and then see's my boyfriend and starts having a conversation with him, being all flirty. I could of killed her! I asked who she was, and he says he cant remember, might have been from school.

But I can never believe him! I always think he's done stuff with her, or is still doing it!

i constantly think he is cheating on me, I have no facts to back that up and no real basis to even think it! Im afraid hes going to get sick of me being so suspicous and jealous and just dump me... but I try and I can't help it. I just want him all to myself.

I bought a pack of jelly beans today, I have stopped eating them. Im not going to let myself put all the weight I lost back on. And I want to look good for him... its hard when he knows SO MANY attractive girls!

Yep. Havent been too happy today :(
 
Aww it's okay. Believe me, looks are not everything to guys. Personality DOES matter, and you seem like a great person. I also bet you're a lot prettier than you think you are. :cool:

Its weird, everyone says to me I could do way better looks wise... but its like thats not even the problem! I think my personality lacks stuff as well as my appearance.

I just know once I have lost this weight I will feel way better about myself.. Im working on making my skin healthier, and at the end of my weight loss I will get a manicure, pedicure, hair cut, the works. Maybe even a spray tan hehe.

I think what is important NOW is to work out why I binge, and what I can do to stop it.
After I ate those jelly beans today I was just like "I have to stop this!". I havent had anything but water since, and I dont want anything else! I will wait till dinner (which will be very small portion of pasta bake and LOTS of salad). I have to get back into exercising - I'll force the boy into going for a walk with me. He's not staying over tomorrow so I can go to the gym Thursday, Friday, Saturday Day and Sunday Day. My parents go away on Sunday for 5 days! So me aaaaaaaaaaall alone, its gonna be great! I will have to work out what I am going to eat too.

I am thinking the days I dont meet alex for lunch I will bring a turkey sandwich. In it will be 3 slices low fat turkey, 2 slices wholemeal bread, dark green lettuce, 1/2 curried egg and smearing of cranberry sauce. I thought cranberry sauce would be better than mayo or butter. I will also bring an apple and a banana to work. And that is all I will need. I will allow myself TWO hot drinks. I will bring breakfast to work in the morning and eat it there, so I dont snack so much. And have lunch when I get home at 6pm.

I WILL start working out EVERY DAY! Maybe tonight me and alex will go for a bike ride.. yeah I like that idea.

And next monday I want to be 57.5kg! That would make it a loss of 0.4kg. I think I can do it :D
 
Hi Ella! Don't worry about having a day or two of bad eating--as long as you get back on track-which you have. Actually, sometimes a bit of a lapse is good b/c it shocks your system so that when you start eating properly again, you lose faster. Same goes for the exercise. So don't sweat it.

Now as to the bf--well, you know how I feel about that! :rotflmao: Nothing is more attractive to a man than a confident woman. Am I right guys? So even if you feel insecure--don't act like it! lol As to him cheating--what makes you think that he is? Is there evidence, or just suspicion on your part? What makes you suspect?

Nah im just being paranoid. There is absolutly no evidence to him cheating, its just me. he just knows all these pretty people! argh. But hes actually great, he is always assuring me everythings ok, and that im perfect for him. And he always compliments how I look - im just paranoid!

Thank you for all that. I really do have to start having more confidence in myself - it does streak through with Alex sometimes. And I never show my insecurities around my family and friends.

I went to this park in the city for my lunch hour, sat down on the grass and read deathly hallows in the sun! It was sooooooooo sunny. I reckon if I do that every lunch time I could get a tan hehe.

Had my turkey sandwich (so yummy as always).

And I havent had the urge to snack ALL day. Right now I am feeling a little full. I am due for a snack at 4pm... might wait till 4:30pm though, keep me going until the gym.

Its great that its warming up here, Spring officially starts on saturday woot!
 
When I came home I had a slice of wholemeal bread with turkey and cranberry sauce.

Went to the gym!

20 Minutes Eliptical
20 Minutes Bike!

THEN came home and had one rib - was practically nothing cause hardly any meat on it. And some salad. Also had a roll up (lolly type snack).

Glad to hear you had such a great day! I doubt you've put any weight back on.

Ah, Spring. It's almost Autumn here--my favorite season.:)
