I am so ready to commit to losing weight AND quitting smoking. I know these can be very difficult to do together but I want a complete lifestyle overhaul. For me, it's hard to find time to focus on meals, exercise and making the right choice when it comes to convent and easy foods. I work full time, I also go to nursing classes full time, I am a mother to 2 kids and I have a husband with just as bad eating habits myself. I tend to give in and just eat whatever is easiest and the most convient. I know I can do this. I love walking/running, I enjoy the gym once I get there and do something I just ALWAYS find an excuse as to why I can't go, like the laundry needs to be done or I need to study or I am just exhausted. I need more energy and some way to stick to it this time. Any and all advices is welcome and very much appreciated.
