Elizab3th's Diary : 'Running Away From Fat'

Okay - I think I'm really ready to push it! Haha - I bought 'slimquick' (which apparently is really good, its all herbal ingredients) I also bought more iron pills, because I am anemic - explains all the laziness :) ... AND some more exercise clothes so I don't look like such a rag when I go workout. I need to go pick up some more LeanCuisines and some more fruit and I am SET TO GO!!! You won't believe it though - some moron switched the slimquick for Vitamin C! So I have to go back tonight and get a new one! People... jeez.... anyways - today's goin' great! :D I'm doing a little bit of weight lifting and eatin juuust right... haha... hope everyone else is doing awesome! THanks for Your SuppORT! :D
 
Slimquick, is that a supplement? You should keep the vitamin C though, its good to keep on hand for colds, and also, scurvey. You never know when that could strike!! :eek:

i had that slimquick and used it for a while I still have some left hope it works for you! hey girlfriend keep up the good work!
 
Oh no that doesn't sound positive... I hope it works for me. :( Anyways - I managed to keep my calories so low during the most part of the day so the slice of pizza pepperoni and 2 Ceasars I drank for our little birthday bash still kept me at 1,372 for the day! I'm sooooo bored though. I don't start my slim quick until Wednesday - it's not a suplement as much as a metabolism booster.... with green tea and everything - don't worry I'm not going to just rely on it though... I jsut mean it's something to keep me on track - I don't want to waste my money!!!! AAHHH.... bedtime I guess! :)
 
I'm using Lean System 7 myself, but haven't been taking it very regularily so I don't think its working right. Its got a caffine derivitive in it as well as green tea and some other stuff (not ephedrine!) - first day I took it I only got 3 hours of sleep it kept me up so long, and I wasn't even properly tired until like 1am the next day! Probably because its not technically caffine (which I'm used to) but had the same basic effect, just in a different way. Anyways as far as I can tell with it now, it doesn't have the same hyper-energizing effect anymore, but still gives me a little boost about half an hour after taking it so that's the best time to take it, but I still can't sleep if I take it after 6pm, but I exercise at 11. Heh, maybe I'm wasting my money then, who knows?

I hope this stuff works good for you though!
 
I've heard some pretty good stuff about slimquick- I sell alot at gnc, so that must be a good sign :) But the great thing about it is theres a water removal complex, stress reducer, and hormone balancer- and those are three things that kick womens asses during diets and stuff...let me know how it works, I may hafta try it :)

Slimquick Day#1

Okay so I did manage to pick it up intime for me to take my first dosage for the day :) - I feel so energized! I swear... I can feel it - that's a good sign but then again I just hope I can fall asleep in time tonight, I think I'll do a 10 minute tae bo session to poop me out hehe. I also bought these things you mix into your water to balance out your electrolytes after a cadio session... no calories! no sugar! haha - so I'm going to drink half a thingy everytime I workout hardcore. I got my mom exercising with me! That's great because she has a bad heart so this will help! Today I ate...
Breakfast: Fat-free yogurt, Oatmeal w/ cinnamon
Snack: baby carrots
Lunch: 1/2 can tuna on whole wheat w/ light dill cream cheese
Snack: Tostitos w/ 1/4 cheddar cheese
Dinner: 1/2 can tuna, yogurt
I drank my benefibre so I finally got a good amount of fiber! :) ... Other than that daily total :
Calories - 1018 Carbs - 109g Fat - 21g Protein - 62g
Not too shabby... I also threw in a little cardio (30min. elliptical). That's me day - going to check out everyone elses :) Day 2 of SlimQuick begins tomorrow! By the way, what's an ECA stack?

You're doing awesome! Oh how I long for that "high" from a fat burner! Now you got me wantin' some! LOL! ;)
ECA STACK= Ephedrine/Caffeine/Asprin... it's a fat burning "stack" that's really common in the bodybuilding world. It was actually around way before any of these other fat burners were. However, because of the Ephedrine, it's not as "safe" as the other products out today.

You're doing great... keep it up! :D
 
sometimes i wish i could take those fat burners..too scared of what itll do to my bp..oh well...guess im stuck doing it the old fashioned way..i envy you, but dont envy what it could do to me...

i do cheat a tad and drink half caf coffee...its all i get, but ill take it!

I have not had an inclination yet to try any of those things but more energy without side effects sounds like a really good deal. I ALWAYS have low energy, so I'm really interested in how this slimquick thing will turn out for you.
 
I slept awesome last night - I've nevcer woken up at 6 o'clock feeling so energized! I really like this - until I've got the jitters all day long hahaha.. naw, I'm going to take a walk to my mom's house and then her and I can workout and then I get to see my old friend! I'm so excited - I haven't seen her since last year. I was a blimp then because it was right after the baby so hopefully she'll see some change:) We are going to West Edmonton Mall so I'm thinking I'll try and do as many laps around the place that I can! Haha... I'm holding off on these next couple challenges because I don't want to weight myself just yet! I will on the 5th of April so that gives me I think 2 weeks! :) Okie going to check out everyone elses...
