I know I didn't post yesterday. Just too busy.
Yesterday was a cardio day for me. I worked from 9-12pm then I worked out at the gym at 3:30 till 4:30. I jogged for 20min at 5.0mph then I did 25 min on the AMT Precor machine level 6 for a total of 45min. My legs were killing me by the time I finished as they were still sore from my weight training the day before. I didn't go for a power walk in the evening because by the time we sat down to eat dinner it would have been too late and I didn't want to miss the Biggest Loser as its almost to the end.
Is it just me being insensitive or what? I am so sick of watching those two brothers Mark and Jay bawling!!!!! I think one of the girls is gonna win. Next week is the last week so we will see.
I worked again today so I have to go back to the gym at 4pm to do my upper body weight training. I will post later on perhaps after our power walk.

I have a personal training appointment this afternoon with my husband and my trainer. He wants to start incorporating weight training into his lifestyle change. While he is learning his new routine, I may jog on the treadmill. It just depends on the fatigue I feel in my legs and how bored I get watching him. He asked me to go with him as this will be his first experience in a gym setting and he is very nervous that he is going to look ignorant. Silly guy! I told him, people are not judging him, they are happy to see new members trying to better themselves! And if there are people judging him, Karma will get them in the end!

my legs are still pissed off and I felt they couldn't handle the stairs again. I talked to my trainer and she said she only does one day a week of weight training on her legs as well, and not to worry about it. I did the usual jog at 5.0mph in 5 min intervals between weight sets. On my last 2 intervals of 5min I ran at 6.0mph for 1min at the end and 2min at the end. That surprised me that I was able to do that
I have to jump and scream to get my kids up on a weekday but for some stupid reason, they ALWAYS!!!!! get up about 1 hour before my alarm on the weekends and wake me up to serve them breakfast. I need new kids!!!! I can't wait until they are teenagers! I am gonna get them back big time!




I just had to give into the craving this time. And now I am making more! I am a glutton for punishment aren't I! Now I will have to really work my butt off to get rid of the extra 300 cal from last night and who knows how many I'll eat tonight!
I cannot imagine how anyone could do that to their own kids. What a psychopathic bastard. I hope they catch him soon.
