Today I am starting a diary. I have never had a diary in my life so this is a first. I have battled my weight since I was 10 years old. I am a happily married mother of 3. My current weight is 185lbs and my height is 5"4. My body type is an apple. I had gestational diabetes with my last two pregnancies and I have been making a real effort since to try to live a healthier lifestyle. It has been slow, but I have not gotten back to my highest weight of 224lb, 2 years ago. I would like to get down to 135lb by October 2008. I currently have a personal trainer which I see once a week. I try to get 45 min of cardio 6 days a week and 3 days of weight training. I still eat junk food occasionally, but I don't feel I need to eliminate junk food, just moderate it. My favorite cardio workout is the elliptical and I love weight training using a ball or bosu ball. I would like to be 150lb by my birthday in June. If I reach this goal I will buy myself a new summer dress and bathing suit. I know I can reach this goal with the encouragement of family, friends and of course the WLF. Until tommorow Chow
