Elbow pop

Occasionally, when I'm doing push-ups/bench press etc, my right elbow pops. It's not a major pop, just a small one.

It also occurs when I take my arm, extend it straight, then contract in a fast motion.

Is this popping anything to be worried about?

i think it would be hard 4 anyone on here to tell you exactly whats wrong and what to do about it. does it hurt? its probably something to do with your proximal radial ulnar joint, perhaps the ligaments are a bit lose, and if thats the case then youll have to go easy on it or work around it.
 
is it because when you do push ups for example your fully extending or locking your elbow, instead, try to stop just before your locking see how that works.
 
I have the same exact problem, only on my left elbow. I do a lot of push ups and it happens at the contracted position. Nothing near pain, but it does concern me just hearing that pop.
