Ok, now i will share with you what i've achieved so far. 
I started my diet about 5 weeks ago and this is just beginning.. But maybe there has happened some progress? I can feel there is no terrible puffiness all over anymore, specially in my stomach area..
If someone is interested of knowing what my methods are, it's low-carb diet and i exercising 4-6 times in a week. First 3 weeks i was in ketosis and my carbs was under 20g in a day.
Im 1,75cm tall and my weight is around 89,5kg now. My goal is to weight 70kg in 10 months

And Im sorry I said project! I really mean this "project" to be a lifetime change for me. My mother tongue is finnish, so I have sometimes troubles to translate my thoughts in english!
