Frickin' Hilarious! not you... the pose.

Whew, just got back from a run.
Run music:

It was nice to run in the daylight lol. It was really nice out to, 70 and sunny. Ran into a head wind up the hill on the way back, actually made my lungs a little sore.

I was going through my jean drawer in preparation for the fall and ran across some old pants and thought I would play dress up.

Gatlinburg about 2 years ago

Horse barn near my house last winter

Same pants today

Awesome pics, although the one before wasn't working.

Also, I stopped counting calories for a week and just ate clean but how ever much I wanted and lost 4 lbs.

That's pretty common actually.

My son is going insane. I just found The Trooper by Iron Maiden on my pc. I asked if he DL'd it and he said "yeah, I was gonna learn to play it."

He's 12

My son the rock star.

Great song! I'm assuming that he already plays. That would be a hell of a song to try to start out with.

I can't wait for my kids to get into music. They are just starting now, but we aren't pushing them too much. We want them to want it, not to have it come from us.

It's very cool how music can be a great connection to kids and transend generations. I might have been younger than 12 when that was new! Still a great tune.

Yeah he already plays. He takes piano as well as plays guitar. We are a pretty musical family.

Well he is exposed to plenty of loud music and has been since birth. I remember when he was like 3 he loved Korn. He would dance around when it came on and sing lol "Beating me down! Beating me down! Into the ground!" we thought it was funny.
This is a GREAT knockout by the younger Emelianenko. I sure do like left hooks!
Aleks is a monster. I wish he would come to the UFC and clean out all those losers they call heavyweights. Except Nog. I like Nog and frankly don't think Aleks could handle him anyway but he could beat the shit out of the other ones.

Hey, Ed. How's the new hours treating you?

They will be treating me better come payday lol. I am scheduled fo 92 hours this week. As you may know I live in Talladega, Alabama we have a big NASCAR race here twice a year and this little town of 17k accommodates about half a million drunk rednecks. This is one of those weeks. Plus I got transfered to the city 911 truck which means I get a ton of calls. I actually like being busy but I dont get much sleep at work. Last night we had calls at 10, 3:30: 4:50. That doesnt leave much nap time.

First I heard of Talladega was the movie. Even then I thought it was a fictional track. Goes to show how out of touch I am. :iamwithstupid:

I have a friend who is an EMS ambulance driver and she says that EMS stands for Earns Money Sleeping. I don't think she really gets all that much sleep at work either, though. Payday should be nice with 96 hours. Overtime, I'm guessing, or is with two different places?

HAHA its a real place. The sleeping kind of depends. We have a 3 day rotation with 2 other ambulance services. city 911/ county 911/off rotation. I was on the off rotation which meant you pretty much do jack unless you have a patient that specifically calls our service or we have a transfer or dialysis patient. Now I am on the city rotation. Yesterday was my first day and I had 10 calls.

isn't there a joke about rednecks dying just after uttering the words Hey ya'll watch this.. :D

oh the stories you're gonna have...

At 3:30 last night we pulled a 35 year old drunk woman out of a flipped camaro. She had not 1 but 2 Kid Rock tattoos. She was unhurt (miraculously) but I have a feeling I may see her again.

Oh

Please put visible house numbers at your house. That is my biggest frustration so far. People need help in the middle of the night and we are just suppose to be able to pick their house out on a dark busy street. Landmarks don't work because by the time the call gets to us it has been through 3 operators and all we get is an address.

I have friends who are cops and they all complain about house numbers either not existing or not being visible.

That would frustrate me too.

There are some cities where it's illegal to NOT have your house marked... and it has to be visible in the dark - one of the towns i lived in - that was a boy scout fund raiser when the law was enacted... the boy scouts would go around and for a small fee, paint the number on the curb...

Yeah it does. Because what always happens is the call 911 back all mad and shit and say "Those dumb asses just drove right passed us"
