Didnt do much yesterday. Ran about 1 mile last night. I have to get busy early tonight because there is a lot of MMA on. They usually show training clips on TUF though so that may motivate me to do a late night WO.
I did break down and put in my notice this morning and it went pretty well.
Oh if anyone gives a rip I have been listening to the new Metallica CD during my WO's. I thought it was so so at first but damn. It is really growing on me.

So far All Nightmare Long, Cyanide, The Judas Kiss, Suicide and Redemption are my favorites. There is another one that is stuck in my head but I don't know the title. Like I said I listened to it a few days ago and wasnt really impressed but I was in need of some new heavy stuff on my WO mp3 so I loaded it up anyway. It has really grown on me. I even caught myself damn near sprinting one time because Lars was laying down this awesome machine gun beat that I didnt realize I was running to. I think a lot of the songs have leaked to youtube if you want to check some of them out.
What kinda stuff do you WO to? I have an odd favorite for running. Rusty Cage by Johnny Cash lol it just has this rolling guitar lick that is perfect for running.

I try to get a good mix of things. There is a lot of good older rock that really gets me going. Iron Man, by Sabbath, Black Betty, by Ram Jam, Godzilla, by BOC, Born to be Wild, by Steppenwolf. Then I have some newer stuff like Bawitdaba by Kid Rock, Lit Up, by Buckcherry, Block Rockin Beats, by The Chemical Brothers, Stronger by Kanye West. Then some that a friend turned me on to that I hadn't heard before. I Want Candy, by MC Chris and Walkie Talkie Man, by Steriogram.
I'll sometimes put in some Irish music that I play, but it has to be good and fast to get on the list.

Exactly what I would expect him to say lol
The BJ kiss was a joke for sure but it was still bad ass. He just knew that being the midwest, farmer boy, jock that Matt Hughes is that would bother him more than about anything he can do. The hardcore part is him licking the blood off of his gloves after. It backfired though, BJ dislocated a rib in the rematch and matt pounded the shit outta him.

Poor Quinton he does not do well against Chute Box fighters.
The first fight (2003) he actually took a worse beating than the 2004 fight.
Then he fought Shogun
So basically Chute Boxe beat Quinton's ass 3 years in a row.
