We will hang in there with you while you get past your plateau. Nothing is more frustrating than working and not losing, but we will be here with you through it :)

You may want to increase your exercise a little. I hate how much time I have to spend in the gym, but I have found that I need to go at least 5 times a week, at least 30 minutes each time for me to lose. That doesn't mean you or everybody needs to go that often, but if you are still not losing it can be something to try.

Thanks for the replies. I'll cut down on coffee, ionly drink it because its warming, and its freezing around here.
 
Since my last post ive broken thru the plateau. I checked my weight a week ago and it was 13 stone, and the week before that i was 13 stone also so i hadnt lost any, but yesterday i checked my weight and im 12 stone 12lb now, so thats good news, dropped 2 lb, I beat the plateau! Lol
