We will hang in there with you while you get past your plateau. Nothing is more frustrating than working and not losing, but we will be here with you through it 
You may want to increase your exercise a little. I hate how much time I have to spend in the gym, but I have found that I need to go at least 5 times a week, at least 30 minutes each time for me to lose. That doesn't mean you or everybody needs to go that often, but if you are still not losing it can be something to try.
