eating

i heard somewhere that you shouldnt eat until a hour after finishing cardio workout. is this true? because we feed our bodys straight after a weight training workout so why cant we feed our body straght after cardio?
 
I don't know about a specific time. I know it isn't great to eat right before working out...perhaps its just a good idea to wait so your body calms down and goes back to its equalibrium before eating...I'm sure someone else has a much better answer for you than I do :confused:
 
The main idea behind waiting 30-45 min to eat after cardio is because lipolysis (fat loss) will somewhat hault when you consume your "after cardio" meal.
 
If you are hungry right afterwords try drinking some water. It will atleast get something in your stomach, but not anything that is going to let your body stop burning fat.
