eating more often is really working...

so last week i changed my diet, i eat about 6 or 7 times aday, just small little things, slice of ham, almonds, tuna etc..last week i wasnt really able to work out, because i was studing for my ase certification test i had to take, so anyways, i realied on my diet all last week, ive lost 4 lbs, just sitting there reading books. now that ill be able to work out, more i think ill see more results, cant wait

I'm just stopping by. I hope it's okay to read your diary.
I like your title for your diary, so I came to read it. I need to eat more meals, too. I am not in the habit of eating breakfast, and have a tendency to binge once I get to a real mealtime.
Wow...good for you for losing so much!!
I have lost 4 pounds, too, but over about a month.
