so last week i changed my diet, i eat about 6 or 7 times aday, just small little things, slice of ham, almonds, tuna etc..last week i wasnt really able to work out, because i was studing for my ase certification test i had to take, so anyways, i realied on my diet all last week, ive lost 4 lbs, just sitting there reading books. now that ill be able to work out, more i think ill see more results, cant wait
