I'm in! Easter Sunday is April 4th and I think I can maybe lose 3 kg by then. I'll post my starting weighg tomorrow morning.

Starting weight 73.6 kg on February 13th. Goal weight 70.6 kg on April 4th. Losing 3 kg in 7 weeks would be awesome, getting to 70.0 would be a dream.

joining a little late :blush5:

I´m not there yet, but it is starting to look possible. I´m just going to keep doing what I´m doing: eating/drinking mostly healthily without obsessing about small stuff (like a scoop of mango icecream today) and exercising regularly without overdoing it. So really I just managed to stop binging. If I can stick with that the result should stay as well.

my Easter challenge is much like my Halloween challenge.
to avoid this stuff the other 364 days of the year...

luckily most holidays don't offer a nutritional challenge.

I told myself I get to have one (1) medium-sized Lindt bunny this year. Any other Easter chocolates my patients bring get donated. Although if they're boxes of small chocolates I can take one piece before bringing it to the kitchen for my colleagues to destroy.

i think i'll look for this'n... i know about 11 people at the market i could offer a surprise treat... maybe 10 ... :)

i grew up with half a Scottish family and in NE NJ, there was a large community. probably a bit to do with choosing soccer over football. believe me, at the time, soccer wasn't all that popular. anyway i recall Cadbury's chocolate mint filled candy bars when we went out for Fish 'n Chips. Cadbury wasn't at all as pervasive around America as it is now, so it was a rare treat.

huh... not as bad as i thought (3 servings @ 4 eggs/serving)...
