So, its been an excellent week:
- I lost 2.7 kg,
- Drank alcohol only once (ok, I admit, I had 3 glasses)
- Kept to my goal of eating around 1500-1600 calories most of the time
- Did 180 minutes of low intensity cardio, 31 minutes of medium intensity cardio, and worked with weights 3 times
I havent spent any time outside because it was pouring down most of the time,
(there are limits to how far I want to push this!).
The toughest part is not drinking wine. My partners in my crime are on vacation next week so that might actually make it easier (but boring, damn, I wish wine was superhealthy).
Last but not least, I passed my Spanish exam! In the past year, I took classes at level 1 and passed the exam in June. Than I did some self-study and the 2 week course in Salamance, and took the level 2 exam this week and passed it,
Its nice - I skipped a year - but the downside is that it means that I will really have to study hard this year at level 3 (there are 5 levels in total, each level is 1 year).
