Okay, im being brave
God i look foul
But at least its improving

this is my progress in the past four weeks
I have been eating smaller portions, running, doing jump-rope, playing Dance Dance Revolution on my playstation, and vibration training

Wow. What a huge difference from the first pic to the Last! Thanks for being brave and posting your pics.. I think it really helps to keep pics handy so you can see your progress really does pay off!! You look Great! Keep it up!
 
Congrats on the progress thus far! You should be proud. What is vibration training?
 
I'm 5'5"

So I think im a healthy weight, I just want to tone up at the moment

Vibration training is a neat kind of training where you "pose" on a vibrating plate, theres some more info here

I've become too poor to keep going though unfortunately, haha
