you know how the obliques and abs form that kinda V, i suppose, around the pelvis? what do we call that? also how is it formed is it all just my abs and obliques?
 
Its already been formed. Now you have to reveal it. Burn the body fat around your stomach.
 
the hip flexors, are on the bottem & lower rectus abdominis, lower obliques are on the top. the defined V shape it due to body fat.
 
Internal, external obliques....transeverse abdominus....rectus abdominus (middle abdominal track) and you have some fascia (sheet of tendon) that is placed on your abdominal track- that's what gives it the 6-pack look. I hope this answers your question.
