how can i get myself to start diet.. i feel like i dun want to .i want but i dont i dunno its silly
am so stupid to be that way
 
I don't speak MySpace So I'm really not sure what you said - I think you said you're looking for a reason to diet?

Unless you have your own reasons and your own goals in mind - it's not going to happen.

Ask yourself why you want to lose weight
Ask yourself why you want to stay the way you are?

Which list has better answers.

Spend some time reading around the forum - you might find some more reasons there.
 
Hey, Cheerup. Don't be discouraged. For me, it's all about attitude. Don't think of it as a diet but a lifestyle change. What in life is more important than taking care of you and your health? I found that once I thought that way and just pushed through my negativity I did a whole lot better. When I ate good foods my body felt better. Working out became a way to relieve the ever mounting stress in my life. Just set goals for yourself and don't look back... and don't forget, surround yourself with supportive people. That can make a world of difference.

Hope you don't mind me adding my two cents. I wish you the best of luck. It's not easy, but hey some of the hardest things in life are the most worthwhile.
