hello! i also am having trouble getting active. i really hate exercising, so my only exercise right now is very, very short walks. however, to try and get myself to exercise regularly (you could do this too if you have a smartphone), i set an alarm for 3:30 pm on tuesdays and thursdays with the alarm name "EXERCISE!!!" so even though i don't feel like exercising, i know i should. if i have a good amount of energy, i'll pop in an exercise DVD and try to go as far as i can with it. if i'm sleepy (which i usually am) i'll just go for a short outdoor walk.
