dumbells advice

is it possible to build bigger muscles using just 15kg dumbells i work each body part for 3 sets each set to failure,i dont expect to get massive doing this but i would like to get a more athletic physique,im also circuit training 40 min a day and interval training 30min a day,i should also point out i work shift so all my training is done on my 4days off.i would appreciate any advice
 
Your expectations seem realistic. You really don't need to go to the gym to get a good workout in. Find a tree branch and some sand bags and you're all set.

Pushups
Pull ups, chin up
Leg lifts
Tricep extensions
curls
lunges
squats
shoulder press
ect...ect...ect

Lack of time and lack of equipment are not excuses to not work out.
 
training to failure will almost definitly trigger your muscles, though if you want to get optimum results, as in larger muscle growth then several sets of 10 with a weight which you cant do any more than 10 with will give you approximalty the best results
