Dumbell Training Question?

Just wanted to ask a quick question, im currently trying to loose some weight, I do 4 times a week 60 minute stationary cycling workout, and 3 times a week dumbell training on arms, back, chest and was just wondering if that is ideal for weight loss and muscle gaining?
 
you cannot gain muscle while losing fat.
losing fat=caloric deficit
gaining muscle=caloric surplus

you should train your whole body with your weight training.
show your routine please.

are you eating a deficit in calories?

list your diet please and we well get everything in line
