Dumbell pullovers are when you lie of a bench, hold a dumbell with two hands and power it to a little below the bench and thne pull it back up so arms are perpendicular to body. I supposedly works lats and chest. I did three sets and was very sore after them in lats and chest but probs because hadn't done them before.
Although I was focussin on targetting the lats and chest couldn't feel them much while doing it.
Are they an effective exercise??
