I have been doing dumbell weights since March of this year for rotator cuff problems.
I began with 3# and now am using 10# weights.
I am doing 13 different exercises for shoulder and biceps and have been doing the exercises every morning when possible.
Can anyone tell me if this is too much and what the correct frequency of the exercises should be?

ps...i am a 57 yr old male in good health (except for that 15#'s
) and enjoy the exercises but dont want to damage anything.
