Uh okay in this animation they show the guy doing side bends with only one dumbbell.
I want to save time of doing 2 of these sets (left side and right side) by holding TWO dumbbells at a time and just bending over both left and right side.
Do you think this is alright or am i only suppose to do on side at a time???
