What are some good excercises using 25 lb dumbbells for bulking.How many reps & how long should I work on each excercise. I'm really don't know if I'm even lifting right or lifting too fast or slow. My body is weird & I'm skinny. I'm like currently 5'10 at 146 lbs. My arms are flabby & skinny. When you touch it, you can feel it jiggle.Overall, I'm trying to get bigger, but I just can't seem to stay on it, but I'll keep trying. Plus eating alot is hard but I will do whatever it has to take!
