Dude's one month challenge...

Hi there guys,

Ever since joining this forum almost two years ago, I have lost some 50-ish pounds. I feel better than ever, and I think that great feeling might have turned into a problem. I have really put excersice in the backseat since early in the year and have been stuck at 225 for several months now. But my ultimate goal is to reach 180.

So for the month of October, I have challenged myself to try to lose as close to 20 pounds as I can. (I know I'm a couple days early, but I wanna get a head start, :p ) Most days I will try to get by on a diet of just fruits and veggies and water, nothing else! (This will he hard I know). I will also try to stick to the p90x program as much as I can, and do maybe some 4 mile jogging per day.

This might sound like much, but If I wanna lose 20 lbs, it just might be enough. I will try to get on here daily and update my dairy on what I have been doing and hopefully that will keep me in check. I know I can do this, just gotta stick to it.

Today so far I get jogging up this big hill we have in Riverside where a lot of people jog, I'm sure it was a good 3 miles, (and it kicked my butt.) I ate my typical vegetarian diet today, nothing bad, all good.

Today I've had three bananas and a pear so far. I'm about to steam up some broccoli then head to the gym for an hour of cardio, then gots plenty of homework to do.
 
So I ate the broccoli, I went the gym, I did 45 mins on different cardio machines, 10 mins in the sauna.

I came home and had some more broccoli.

This has only been going on for a day and I feel so much better! :hat:
