Dude, I got veins in my biceps now!

One day about a week ago I started noticing I could faintly see the vein in my bicep... the ones by my shoulders had been sticking out for about three months and I had been wanting bicep veins for like a year.

I don't know what happened but they have surfaced and it looks fricking sweet!

I've been able to see the veins in my biceps forever but as a blue line and not a bulge. I like to comfort myself with the speculation that when I finally make it to single digit bodyfat thin skin will mean lots of vascularity. But then, it's only recently I've even been able to see my biceps as a distinct part of my arm, so, congratulations I hate you.

Veins tend to surface with: R-efined and W-ise S-pirits.

The first time my son got his biceps veins to show he came running into my den and said "Dad, check it out, I have achieved true biceptopia!"
