DSRA's diary

Day 9

Breakfast: nothing again :( = 0 calories
lunch: ham and sour cream sandwich on white bread = 350 calories
Dinner: mashed potato with beef and sauce = 800 calories

i know today wasnt very good, nothing heakthy & only 2 meals. I will improve tommorow, i am busy with school and stuff, and its really getting in the way of weight loss...

anyway todays exercise was 2 X 12 mins on stationary bike & 15 mins weight lifting consisting of 3 sets, 12 reps of dumbell curls both hands, 2 sets, 12 reps of bench press, & 50 sit ups.

the exercise was strange today, my legs really hurt and i started exercising and i kept thinking about quiting then i ended up quitting cause it was too painful, then a bit later i felt guilty for not exercising so i did another 12 mins, i dont know if it still counts that i split it up...

anyway, i still have 3.9kg to lose, i have to get my weight under control again, its slowly rising... tommorow will be a good day :D

lunch: heavy butter spread with ham sandwich on white bread = 400 calories
snack: another large apple = 50 calories
dinner: rice with beef and sauce = 500 calories

ignoring the heavy butter spread that my mum gave me for lunch its was very good today, i wont be exercising today due to going to a sleepover at a friends house, which also most likely means pizza hut or something, this will really prove my strength lol.

back to 73.5kg :D see you all tommorow

dude... peanuts, and a scale (so you know how much your taking in)... easy convenient, just dont go overboard. its easy to.
 
heh, if you monitor them close its not a miracle food or anything but very handy and easy to eat on the go... just dump a couple in your mouth and move along your day. they do have a consierable amount of fat, but that works well to balance my diet, add a little protein, and and helps me from skipping meals, and keeps the hunger away.

just a suggestion.
 
ive missed a few days but here is today

breakfast: nutri grain cereal with full cream milk = 350 calories
snack: apple = 50 calories
lunch: mushroom pasta with 2 slices of bread = 600 calories

i plan on having some fruit later tonight, exercise was same as always (look at other days)...

still got 1.7kg to lose:D
