Dropping Weight.

Instructor told me to lose 15 pounds... Quickest way to drop weight? any suggestions... Ive already lost 15 :*( and i love to eat...
 
The quickest way to drop 15lbs is to not eat or drink anything and run all day. But you'll prob die before you get to ur target weight.

Dont try and do it as quick as poss. Start by cleanning up ur diet and doing some extra exercise.
 
When do you have to drop this weight by and does your instructor just want you to sweat out water weight or lose fat? I would reccomend, as manofkent has said cleaning up your diet and doing extra excersize to gradually get your weight down. You could probably sweat all of that weight out in a day in water, but DO NOT do it. It's extremely unhealthy and many people have died before. In fact, there are new regulations in my state regaurding weight loss for highschool wrestling because several young men died last year before they could even step on the scale.
 
I believe the guideline aim is 2-3lbs per week. Anything over this may be very bad for you.

Problems when crash dieting...
Extreme hunger.
constipation.
cramps all over body due to lack of salt.
weakness
tiredness
problems sleeping
very fast loss of muscle mass.
