I don't know, I think I like tart better than toots, gives a better mental image...

Don't even get me started on the "fat" gene!!! Most of my family is pretty... lets just say "jolly" (works well with the seasons). I should post a picture of my brother... shoot, don't have one on this computer, so I'll try this instead... Bare in mind, I love my brother with all my heart... close your eyes, and imagine a bowling ball... there, you got his picture now! :D We have a standing joke, that he looks like a capital "Q" when he gets out of the shower... if you know what I'm sayin'!!

Well now we must demand a picture.. but only naked pics of the Q will be accepted!! If you turn it in my Monday you will get 10 brownie points! :) (all cals, carbs and fat removed from the brownie points too!.. only good stuff will be left!... and trust me, you want the good stuff!) ;) lol

Hola!
Just a quick post about my healthiness.
I've worked out everyday this week and just got done doing another 30 mins on eliptical, 30 mins on treadmill, weight machine and floor exercises...
Now lets just hope I don't blow it be eating and drinking way too much today for Thanksgiving..
... Ok who'm I kidding. I admitt, I'll be drinking my calories. .. I'm not in denial. ;)
Eat, drink and be merry! :)

Glad to hear that you are making life changes in the positive direction. I think deciding to change is the biggest step and you've overcome that... now just put forth the effort and you will be seeing results in no time!!

I'm shocked and apalled that Dee would call me and JZ naughty, and say that we were hot on your tail. I, for one, have never seen your tail...:newangel:

As far as the naughty part is concerned, I don't know where she gets that idea... err... umm... maybe it was the ogling comments made to Dee about:drool5: what she looks like in a bikini.

I think you are reading way to much into my comments. :D I was simply trying to entertain a new member with wit and a bit of comedy... if that makes me "naughty"... so be it. :biggrinjester: Fun read for sure... if we haven't scared her off!! :D

Truth be told I love those who are oh so naughty.. even if you're a closet naughtier (like Mishi!! shh, don't tell anyone though. she has a reputation to keep up here).

And try as you might, I do not scare easily.. I have been a bit busy at work though.. not much time to play. le sigh. :(

Plan of attack - Eat right, low(er) carb, watch calories and exercise my ars off. ;)
As of this morning I'm vowing to cut out all things that keep me feeling fat and squishy - Nuts, Cheese, Fruit (for now anyway), Beans and beef jerkey... I was almost going to do something stupid and add alchohol lol... I'm not ready for that. Maybe I can vow to nix out Michelob Ultra.. But gawd how I'll miss that frosty, salty rimmed Mich Ultra w/ lime.
Hmm. That one is still on the table.
The fruit and cheese thing will include berries and cream cheese. (I just have to write to to make it official).

Going to try to love fish and veggies for like 75% of my food.
... not making any promises on that though.. But we'll see.

May the naughtiness be with you...
