Dropin' It Like It's HOT...

Sounds like a good plan of attack lady. Fish is great if you can find it frest and don't mind paying out the ass for it. I have found that Whole Foods has a pretty good selection that is fresh... but its pretty pricey. However I did get some trout last week that was only like $8 a pound or so... not too bad....

I heard that drinking green tea helps... why I dont know... I've just started trying to drink 2-3 cups a day this week and already I've seen great numbers on the scale... but I dont know if its the tea or not...

Anyways!!! Keep it UP!! :)

MissD... if it's something that helps and something I can stick with I don't mind paying for it! :) ... I will have to check out Whole Foods, I haven't been there in a long time.

I'll also have to try Green Tea.. Again, if it helps.. ;) lol
I have been meaning to go to Moses or R Downs to get some vits.. maybe I'll see if they have any. :)

Ok, 2 reasons I don't drink Guiness.
1 (and most important) - It has too many carbs!!
2 (and not so important) - Too dark for me. lol

I did buy hubby a Guiness surger - it gives the perfect head... and we all love good head. ;)

Totally been slacking. Stupid stupid stupid Holiday! ;)
Haven't exercised since Thanksgiving(ish). Grrr me.
Have eaten badly in way of Sweet Potato fries and spiced apples, cream cheese with berries and pecans and Muenster cheese. Le sigh.
Oh not to mention a bottle of wine, lots of salty beer, capt & diet cokes.. oh and 2 shots of Patron Silver on TG and 2 shots of Jager on Friday to celebrate pre-bday visit from ex-step-sister... (promise I'm not a lush, but it tis the season *wink wink*).
Tried to get back on the ball yesterday but ate cheese last night when I got home. Grr me again.... oh and had 1/2 a bottle of wine. :(
And now it's 11 AM and my little salad, celery and diet DP isn't sounding so great... I feel a trip to the store for a big jar of Dry Roasted Peanuts coming on.

And on top of all that my pants were way tight this AM...

So I'm a slacker ... but I'm GOING to work out this evening... If not for me then for my boys. We set up our 'health calendar' and we've all been slacking. That's not being a very good role model. ;) lol.

Need to find other ways to nix the stress. Eating and drinking and being merry seem to be adding to my stress... not fitting into cute clothes will stress you out, let me tell you. :) lol

Are you doing a low carb diet? If so, I would think that the cheese wouldn't be a problem. If not, why do you care about the carbs in Guinness? :toetap05:

Yes, I'm low carb but cheese is my killer. I put it on everything and snack on it.. There's no moderation for me. :) lol

My boys are 12 and 7... (I know, I'm showing my age.. le sigh lol)..
 
Promise if I decide to drink my carbs I will drink a Guiness just for you! :)

Aw, you say the sweetest things. Guinness only has 125 calories per 12 oz. Sure it's 8 carbs, but it's also 3 protein. :cheers2:

And protien?? Guiness has protien?? who knew!

While on my mission to kill my diet today:banghead: getting Peanuts I also got Mega-T, Great Tea supplements.. for 'Fat Burning' and claims to 'help burn belly fat' and 'help curb appetite' (the appetitite thing is my prop! lol). .. It's in the form of a pill though..
Supposed to take 2x a day.

So far I've been too chicken to take one. ... I think it was the underlined 'discontinue use and consult a physician if you experiance rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, etc'... you know, aka DEATH. ;)

But who knows, maybe it'll help.

Personally I think with all that you go through you don't need more weird stuff in your body. I just don't believe those things and then what if they hurt you more than help? You know what you need to do and getting your head to help you do those things will be more beneficial in trying to "fool" it. I know you know all this. Stresses will knock you back into bad foods and habits but eventually things will smooth out and focusing on you will be a lot easier!! xoxo
