Starting a diet, I gotta be accountable for my actions. I will start my diet Friday. I figure its easier that way with Thanksgiving and all. Took a photo of myself after eating at Chili’s today, and with my hips and knees hurting at age 26, plus how I look totally FAT in the photo, I’ve had enough, and I can’t put it off til “Tomorrow” anymore. It’s gotta happen now. I realize that I’ve chosen the worst part of the year to start, right around the holidays, but hopefully all will be okay.
I dunno how much I weigh, but I think it’s around 330.
I will weigh myself tomorrow morning, cuz I drank a lot of water today and I don't want my water weight to count.
Here’s a form that I will fill out everyday. The morning activity will be meditation, reflection and exercise. It's very important that I do these things because I can fall off track easily. I've dieted before and failed. So hopefully keeping track of things will get me going and keep me going.
