Dream body. :)

Hello. :)

My name is Tadej and it is a pleasure to meet you all on this 'healthy' forum. I am a newcommer here and already I've made a mistake or better yet, screwed up a bit. This is not my first thread, it is my second one. I deleted my first one, due to the fact I posted it in the wrong forum – freshmen mistakes, what can I say. :)

Hopefully, I'll get it right this time. :)

Well then … let us start.

I'm an avid tennis player, thus I excercise every day. Most days in the week I have two trainings per day – one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I eat healthy, I avoid unhealthy food but sometimes I also enjoy eating something in McDonalds or in some other popular fast food restaurant – like once in 3 – 4 months. But usualy I tend to eat black bread, low fat natural cereals, a lot of vegetables, fruit, chicken meat, redbeat or how it called, sallads and etc. etc. You know, the usual 'healthy' stuff. So I could say, I keep my body fitt.

But there is still a dream I'd like to achieve. I'd like to chisel my body. When I was a little kid, I was fat. I was the opposite of what I am now. People laughed at me, pointed at me … I couldn't run for 5 minutes without reaching for my heart, gasping and etc. Suffice to say it wasn't the best period in my life. :) But here you come to play, I joined this forum, because I hoped and still hope that you can help me in achieving my dreams. :)

I don't wish to gain weight, or muscle mass or etc. I weigh now about 90 kg and this 90 kg I wish to form into something … I always dreamed about. A nice 6 pack, some biceps, triceps, nice leg muscles etc. You know the usual drill. :)

I already go to fitness, had a trainer which showed me the right procedures on all the gadgets and machines, have been doing this for about a year now and I think I can move on now. So hopefully, you will be able to help as I'd be truly grateful.

If you have read this far, I already thank you for reading this far. I'll stop here and ask a question right away, what should I type next so it would help you out in making your suggestions? Training sessions, cardio' sessions, diet plan etc.? I'm a bit confused as it is quite overwhelming, but I'll try and do my best. Just tell me what to write. :D

I got a lot of people who have the body I desire to have. Nice to know that you shared yours. :p

Now, got any tipps on how I can acquire mine? :)
