Do it in the morning...
or pack your gym clothes in your bag before leaving for work -doesnt matter that you work out at home - get changed at work and when youre home - work out - you're all dressed - no excuses.
there's always a reason why you can't do something... Find reasons to do it.. and reward yourself every xx days of doing it...![]()
