Down 88lbs..then up 22 lbs...starting over

Hi and thank you all who have followed my journey so far!

Since my last threat I have been on a 1 month vacation to Sweden and after all partying and eating and NO excersize at all I manage to GAIN 22 lbs!!!:willy_nilly:

I am no home in Florida and determine to start over and continue my journey to my weight goal!
Start: 278 lbs
1st goal - 250 lbs - reached:)
2nd goal - 220 lbs - reached:)
3rd goal - 190 lbs
4th goal - 160 lbs

That's 212!?!? Wow! You look great already! Those pics of you in your other B&A thread at 203 are unbelievable. At 6' you really carry your weight well... you're beautiful! I'd never guess your weight as over 200.
 
WOAH YOU LOOK amazing AND SOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL!!! YOU carry weight VERY WELL....I WOULD HAVE NEVER IMAGINED in my LIFE YOU weighed in the 2's!!!! :party: CONGRATS!!!!!
 
wow! you look awesome! i can't believe you are 212! you seriously look amazing and way less then 212...when i first saw your pics I thought it was before and after...good luck! but you look awesome now :)

Your still lookin smokin honey!!! You'll have no problem getting right back on track and hitting your goal this time. I know you can do it!

It feels like a struggle getting started again.... it's so easy to slip and go back to sitting on my ass and just eating:)

Can't imagine what you'll look like when you hit your goal. You can do it!

You look so awesome at 212! Your tummy is so flat and you still look so toned. How did your relatives/friends respond to your weight loss when you went to Sweden? I bet they were floored! Are you planning on doing the same things you did before?

Hi Kristi,

Thanks! My friends and family was SOOOO suprised.... my parents even started crying..LOL... they were so sweet and proud of me!!
My friends had a hard time to adjust... at first they kind of treated me as a stranger...guess they just needed som time to adjust to my new body:D
Yes, I will keep on doing the same things as before..... eating healthy and cardio. As soon as I have reached 170 I will start building som muscles as well:)

I weigh 10lbs less then 212
and you look like that?
I COULD KILL YOU -.-
But then again I'm only 5'3 -_____-;.
