Down 65lbs by June 1st? Hopefully...

Yup, that's the current goal. Losing 65lbs by June 1st, 2010. I've lost 25lbs over the last 3 months and as of January 1st, 2010 I decided to push really hard and get the rest of this weight off. I've decided that if I set up mini-milestones for myself (with rewards!) it will make the overall goal easier to achieve.

My Mini-Milestone Chart
Jan 1st-Jan 31st: Lose 10lbs (Reward: Ugg boots)
Feb 1st-Feb 28th: Lose 10lbs (Reward: Coach bag)
Mar 1st-Mar 31st: Lose 15lbs (Reward: Tiffany earrings)
Apr 1st-Apr 30th: Lose 15lbs (Reward: Spa day)
May 1st-May 31: Lose 15lbs (Reward: Chanel Sunglasses)

That should bring me to my goal of 65lbs by June 1st. My fiance also said he'll give be $100 once I reach the 50lbs mark, and then $2 for every pound lost over that. Anyone that knows me, is well aware that nothing motivates me more than money!!!

Thank god for a supportive finace, my elliptical and my WiiFit!

Congratulations on the 25 pounds lost! That is quite an achievement! It's a rather ambitious schedule, but you have proved you know how to burn off the pounds.

Thanks! I know I'm going to have to work really hard to meet my goals, but I know it will be well worth it. I need to be healthy. I'm only 24, so I shouldn't feel as if I'm pushing 40!

Clif Bar, banana and non fat milk for breakfast... Brought a can of tuna, an apple and nonfat cottage cheese for lunch.

Worked out last night for an hour, too!

I'm doing pretty good... I had a good breakfast, but lunch was only okay. Steamed shrimp and veggies over white rice b/c they were out of brown rice! But I only ate 1/2 the rice so I guess that's okay. On Saturday I started the 30-day Challenge with the EA Sports Actice on the Wii... I'm 2 days into it and I'm sore. WiiFit is a pretty good workout, but EA Sports Active will really kick your butt!

2 weeks left in the month and I have 5lbs to lost to meet my first mini-goal. I have the power and the will, I can and I *WILL* meet it.

Eating right and exercising? You bet your sweet ass I've been keeping it up and doing it daily. I'm pretty awesome.

;)

Met my goal last month and treated myself to a new pair of Uggs. I'm doing well this month, too.

I don't always have time to get on here, but I'm still working hard!

Met my Feb mini-goal... Loving my new Coach bag :)

I've been slacking this month though- I haven't lost what I was hoping, so I think those Tiffany earrings are going to stay at the store lol. Between allergies and being sick, I haven't felt like working out but I made myself do it last night.

I bought new pants yesterday... a size smaller and they're loose! I bought the next size down too, those give me major muffin top, but hopefully they'll look good sooner than later!
