Down 50!!!!!!!!!

Since the beginning of this year, I have lost 50 pounds.
So excited!
Official Weigh-in with dietician this Tuesday September 6, 2011.

???lbs (??? kg)

Always exciting and interesting to see what the scale reveals. I only weigh in officially once a month. One reason being, I do not have a scale here at home I trust. Wanting to get digital one instead of analog.

I always weigh in on the same scale when I see dietician, so I trust it.
Thanks for your support. Love to hear from other people!!! :jump1::jumping:

BTW, last weigh-in on August 16, 2011 was

211.8 lbs (96.2 kg)

I am 5'4" 1/2 inches tall (64.5 cm)

Thanks Fittweaks.

Looks like we are all in orientation still.
Do you have to have so many post to leave orientation? Anyone know?

Weigh-in on September 6, 2011 was 209.8 (95 kg)
I have built a lot of muscle though, and that is why scale only showed 2 pound weight loss in 3 weeks time. Believe me, I am still take it and am happy with it. Just a little bit of a shock since I am used to like 8 pounds weight loss in a months time.
The exercise makes me feel so good though! Even if scale loss slows down a bit, I will still exercise. It is apparent that my body fat has decreased overall!

After the early stages of weight loss, 2lb in 3 weeks is actually pretty good. I know it's not as exciting as 8lb/month, but the lower your bodyfat gets, the harder it is to lose weight without losing muscle mass. You've probably reached the point now where the quality of the weight lost is more important for your results than the quantity of weight lost.

Keep up the good work. You've made some great progres so far :) Aim to lose about 1lb/week from here on in, and the results will keep on coming over time.

I think you get to start posting links once you've made 30 posts, but I could be wrong.

Thank you Third Set

Below is my progress reply I copy and past from another thread reply I did:

Down 53 pounds since Jan 2011
Down 46 pounds since March 30, 2011 when I first started seeing dietician for weight loss and nutrition counceling

The last time I was even close to this weight was when I was 209 lbs in Oct 2004
