You look awesome...don't get discouraged. I've been working out every morning and I'm not an exerciser either. I lifted weights so much when I was younger I don't really like it now...didn't really like it then either. I just decided to commit to it for a while and then when I see and feel a difference I get motivated. I also am trying out my buddy's BowFlex and I like it a lot better than free weights or my total gym. Maybe just because it's different.
I also work 50-60+ hours a week. I get up at 6am every morning and exercise or it would never happen. I'm not a morning person either...never have been. I look forward to the time to listen to music and figure I might as well do something while I do that. I set-up a gym in my basement, so that makes it easier to do in the mornings than having to go somewhere.
