Double Cardio

Is it true that two shorter sessions are more effective than one longer one per day?

If so, how long would you leave between the two to get the best results? Because I take a short break to get more water, but I'm guessing it's more like a couple of hours than 15 minutes.

i think the point is that your hear rate changes so that would probably work however i strongly recommend checking out HIIT
