Hello to everybody,


I am Dora, from Athens in Greece. I was 130 kilos. Now I am 98 kilos. I am a little stuck now. I will post everyday here and I need your support. Since 1/1/2005 I am completely out of sugar (any kind of sugar maltose, dextrose, glucose e.t.c.) Sweeties were always my difficult point.

Exercise: Today is Sunday and it is my resting day. Yesterday I walked 2 hours and I dance at night 3 hours! :)

Breakfast:
green tea
1 apple
1 yogurt
10 gr sunflowers seeds+sesame

1 capucchino

Lunch:
100 gr chicken
3 cups cauliflower + 1 teaspoon olive oil
3 krispies (small rusk)
1 orange

17:00
coffee

Dinner
100 gr fish
2 cup green salade+1 tomato+ 1 teaspoon olive oil
3 krispies (small rusk)
1 orange

Welcome Dora, wow 32kg is a nice weight loss, you must be so proud of your self… how much more would you like to loose?
 
Hi Dora I havent popped into see you yet,..so welcome,..wow great weight loss,...that is so wonderful....you must share your secrets with us and we promise we help to cheer you on as you loose the rest!!!!!

I love it reading the menus from different countries....and I loooooove greek food

Thank you very much for the warm welcome. The secretes for loosing weigh are simple and well knowing:
1. Journaling 2. Exercising 3. Health eating 4. Motivation/Duration/Support. :)

Weight in: 98 kilos (I think that I am on plateau again. My last was 9 months)

Exercise: 20 mins elliptical + 20 mins yoga (felling a little tired today)

10 gr seeds+sesame

coffee with low coles milk
1 orange

Lunch:
300 gr lentils soupe
3 krispies
1 orange

17:00
1 orange

Dinner
100 gr fish salmon
2 cup green salade+tomato+1 teaspoon olive oil
3 krispies

(calories 1063)

(if I am too hungry I will add 2 more oranges so the calories will be 1187)

Exercise: No exercise today. Vegetable shopping.
Weight in: 98 kilos = 215,6 pounds

Today I have mesured my body. Last one was 2/1/2005:

neck:37 cm = 14,43 inch / 35,5 cm = 13,84inch

chest:119cm = 46,61 inch / 110cm = 42,9inch

waist:103cm = 40,17 inch / 98cm = 38,22inch

buttocks:130cm = 50,7inch / 123cm = 47,97inch

thighs:81cm = 31,59 inch / 77cm = 30,03inch

arm:38cm = 14,82inch / 36cm = 14,04inch

wrist: 18cm = 7,02inch / 17cm = 6,63inch

Not bad I think.

I hope you get past your plateau soon Dora. When the weight starts to shift again I bet it will drop off. Good luck this week.
 
I am very unhappy as yesterday I ate a big big piece of chocolate cake. I gained 2 pounds as sugar for me is killing!!!!!!!!

Weight in: 99,4 kilos = 218,68 pounds
Exercise: My vegetable shopping day in the morning. No exercise today.

Dora don’t worry about the cake what’s done is done you can always do better the next day. If I crave something I have it but not to much of it lol that way I don’t ever feel deprived. For me if I feel im missing out on something I binge . Good luck this week.
