Hello everyone. Even though I am 5'6" and only 110, after 10 years of marriage and 2 kids, I've been left with an ugly, flabby belly (I look as if I was 4-months pregnant!!), flabby arms and legs. My husband is on his second month of doing the P90x program and I am amazed and the changes he's been able to achieve, specially his abs, back and legs. If you're not familiar, p90x is a rather intensive program with routines every single day, alternating resistance training with cardio. This has motivated me to do the program but I have 2 concerns: If I do this or any other program, I'll be doing it to get rid of my belly, to tone my muscles and to get some definition. However, I can't really afford to loose weight since I'm not wishing to get the anorexic look. Can I do this program, get the results I want and not lose weight? Do I need to supplement my diet with something? My second concern has to do with my cup-size. I'm small but happy. I'm a full 32-B. I DO NOT WANT my breasts to shrink. Will that happen if I do this program? Should I only do a selective, modified program where I target only my abs and legs? If I do this, will not having cardio affect my performance? I know this is a long post, but if any one can help me I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
