Im haveing problems with my wrist's.. I think its how ive been lifting things at work, but they really hurt when i bend them... I used to be able to do 50+ pushups, now i can barly do 5..
Any advice on how to build up the strength in my wrist's would be nice..
The best thing you can do is see a doc., like everyone said. If you're carrying heavy weights all day, that isn't good on your joints. Maybe talk to your boss, if possible?
