I've been bullied since the 4th grade. Dieting since the 5th grade.
Here I am, a senior in COLLEGE and still overweight.
That's what - Fourteen years of trying and failing?
I'm 5'2" and currently 190 lbs.
My highest was 237, my lowest was 180.
For once, I'm determined to hit that 180 again and KEEP GOING.
I'm doing okay so far, just really craving support and talking to others about it - it keeps me going.
Also a former binge-eater and I'm probably still a refined sugar addict. But the 21 day fix (eating) program is really helping me with that.
Also doing a PiYo/T25 hybrid of workouts.
