Hey Guys :) so I have joined today and I'm not afraid to say that I'm a :newbie: :p BUT I really see potential :) I mean people here are so positive its Great !! I am currently 20 years old, 136 pounds 5'5 and I'm working out with TurboFire. Its a 20 week program. I love it. The energy is so high you constantly move and damn u really sweat your ass off !! I want to loose at least 30 pounds to feel good about my self so I am really looking forward to the results :). I will be posting pictures every seven or so days and my weight change. The firs picture post will contain pictures of my current weight so maybe we can compare before and after 7 days at once :) I am really excited for that. What I am having problems with now is eating less ... I ate a little bit less today but I'm not satisfied. Starting Monday (jan.10) I will go on a 13 day diet. I have used this before and it works :) If anybody has any questions please feel free to ask Thx !!
 
Domi- welcome! This is a great forum and everyone on here are so nice and encouraging. The mods do a great job of blocking spammers and cyber-bullies. (as I have not encountered one person here who has made any offensive remarks to anyone, as other forums have a lot of cyber bullies). Good luck!

Joilgirl-Copenhagen Diet, sometimes called 13 - day diet that changes in our body metabolism. Lasts for exactly thirteen days. It is very strict. you cannot eat or drink anythink thats not on the paper. if you chew a gum for example, the diet is no longer valid. You are more than welcome to start with me and we can share our results and how we are feeling :) let me know !
 
SO day two .... the bad news is I did not do any of exercises nor kept my diet :/ ... I got a stomach flu last night and the pain is unbelievable !! I will write as soon as I'm ok. Thx.
