Well a little background about me, im 16 years old and i've basically been overweight since about 4th grade. This year is my senior year and i really want to lose weight for all the activities this year. What sparked me into really starting this is at the end of october is senior night for football (and im a cheerleader) and for senior night we are required to fly
meaning our teammates have to pick us up and i feel im too heavy and i dont want to be embarrased. I bought a scale and weighed myself today and im about 5'5 and i weigh 177.2. I honestly thought it would be worse because since november i got my first job.... at jack in the box. Food is half off so of course i eat there quite often, and now i have my own car so i find myself eating out too often. But a great thing is i have my own money to buy lots of healtthy foods. Where i live there is a workout room and i try best to go at least 3 times a week on the days i dont have practice and i burn about 350 calories each time (thats not good enough). Since we just got done with cheer camp and practice doesnt start til august im hoping to go to the workout room 5 times a week for about 45mins-1 hour. All together im hoping to get down to 145 pounds by at least november.
