I'm jealous of your warm weather it's been under 30 degree here.. FREEZING!! and still snowing.. but hoping the the weather will be warming up soon!! So I can get outside and workout!! Looks like your getting some good work outs!! I wish I could get my motivation back to exercise!!

oh gee I'm assuming you mean Fahrenheit.. cause 30C would be pretty warm haha but i hope you get some warmer weather! Yeah the weather does influence my workouts because I usually walk to the GYM. But I gotta say this challenge has been a major motivator!

Yes 30*F.. it was 16*F today.. brrhhh.. Wondering when it will finally warm up.. And I agree when the weather warms up I can do a lot of exercise.. I love the outdoors workouts don't seem like workouts when your outside to me at least..
 
Dom - good for you for walking to and from the gym in that heat...I would imagine it must suck walking home as you said uphill in the sun after workign out hard...
 
Hey, I don't mind outdoors I'd love to get into Rowing/canoeing/kayaking or snowboarding and such, but as far as exercise goes I prefer to go to the GYM. Hope you get some warmer heats though :)

Hey Cinderelly, thanks. It really does haha, though lately not as much, maybe because there isn't that much heat/sun right now. though in general I'm feeling much fitter.

Haven't been browsing forums much, I'm slacking off! though still getting my exercise done and water intake. Need to catch up heaps in reading everyones diaries and the support thread.

Also Happy to say I'm going down finally! 105.6kg (232.3lb) right now and its the end of the day still got food and water in me :) Though maybe it's because I haven't eaten much, just learning to stop when I'm full and not over eat.

So... it's been quite some time.. I had hoped to have lost my weight well and truly by now.. but it didn't happen. 29th of October right now.. and decided I need to get my train back on the tracks! for summer [well summer down here in Aussie starts 1st of December] so leaves me a good month, and by the time its summer I'll have atleast gotten a bit lighter and more fit.

so I guess it's time to hit the gym again! gah it's so hard to jump into the gym routine again.. ahwell gotta climb this mountain most of you guys have done to put us on the path to losing weight.

hi dom, ive been also in a struggle myself now in my weight loss but now im seeing some resluts but not yet totally, its really hard in the start but as people starts to notice that you lose weight it will be easier, i myself use that as a motivation... good luck dude!
 
Thanks Moonligher, I agree when i was losing weight it was a great motivator to go work harder at the gym and make the better food choices. ahwell gotta get to that point of weight loss again!

Hhah! Thanks Atla! took me 2 days to focus on my goal...but I have started it's the 1st of November and day one of this month shake up for summer! LOL :D

Gone to the GYM;

40mins Walking
10mins Bike/cycling
30mins Resistance Training

As for food, I made a juice before I hit the GYM to give me some energy, 2x Orange, 2x apples, 1x carrot, chuck it all in the juicer and BAM majorly yummy juice to kick start the day ^_^

1:32pm right now so going to make a soup for dinner.
