Doing well, but starting to lose motivation

So I've been at this for about two months, and have gone from 299 to 267. I'm starting to lose motivation and cheat a lot more than I did when I started. Any ideas on how I can stick to the plan? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Wow that's amazing progress in two months. I know what you mean, I sometimes leave the foot of the pedal when it comes to nutrition. Not that I eat more, I just eat stuff with more calories than I should be. Just look at it this way, you already lost all that weight by putting in hard work, why stop now? Try to take it day by day, and don't look too far ahead. Think about how happy you will feel and be when you reach the end!
