cool, hope i dont have to go down in my bench.
about the shoulders thing, when you try to make the shoulder blades "touch" eacother. do you keep that position trough all of the set, or is that position just when you lower the bench, then when you rise it you push your shoulder blades forward again?
and by doing it the correct way, will that give me better gains than doing it the slightly incorrect way ive been doing so far?
and i dont quite understand what they mean by "the grove" im not very good in english :S and the thing they say about the lats, do i flex them trough the movement?
