Does time of day matter?

Hey guys,

During the summer, I've been doing cardio(fasted, HIIT) and lifting at 8 a.m.

However, when I start school, I have to be out of my house by 8 and I'm home by 4:15, which is when I will go to the gym/do cardio.

Will I get the same results with the same amount of work? Or will I have to up my program/intensity since the calories I'll be burning are those which I've already consumed during the days meals?

Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks a lot,
acg

imo

you shouldn't do HIIT during days when you lift. better to space out those exercises

because HIIT takes alot of your energy away IMO, best to keep it on one day, you should do HIIT and abdominals on same day. weight lift on the next/other day

and
its all about what your eating. you can go ahead and exercise, since your not bulking up. you shouldn't worry about it. IMO ,

continue your clean diet. i'm sure your fat % will go down a % at a time each week :]

M/W/F gym
T/Th/Sat HIIT/cardio

haha.
well

continue what your doing, main idea of cutting is eating less calories . around 500 less then your supposed to in a day. thus allowing you to lose 1 lb of body fat a week. if you do it right.

3500 calories = 1 lb of fat.

good luck

Is getting lean still considered cutting? Because I haven't been eating 500 less than my needs since I hit my target weight, I've been eating my caloric needs to maintain weight (I've been at/around 175 lbs for around 2 weeks now, knock on wood!)

I want to stay at this weight more or less, but just get my BF% down.

Is that possible? haha --- as you can see, I have many questions. Sorry to bother!

yes. thats what it is... cutting. is losing body fat % , but not muscle mass if your eating around 300-500 less. if you go more. you will lose muscle mass.

and idea behind cutting is to get rid of fat, so you can see the muscle definition, which i'm going the similar phase
