Do you work out at night?

try doing them on sepperate days

lol, yeah, I am actually thinking of separating them at different times of the day:

Weights- mornings
cardio -evenings

Might...just *might* be able to do it between harassment from the kids :)
 
p.s. I just read your post. I am in bed by 9:30. Getting started at 9:pm, may be a lil extreme.

9:30? And my wife thinks I'm a dork because I keep a strict 11PM bedtime:)
